Santaluz community events held annually are the Fall Harvest Festival, Winter Holiday Celebration, Spring Fling and the community’s signature event, The Summer Celebration and Fireworks Spectacular. Residents in Santaluz attend Adobe Bluffs Elementary, Black Mountain Middle School, and Mt. Carmel High School. There is a Santaluz Community Enhancement Fee of 0.25% which is a private transfer fee that conveys with every trade in Santaluz. The Santaluz community enhancement fee goes towards the Community Council social events and offerings.

Santaluz Schools

The Santaluz community is part of the Poway Unified School District. Residents attend Willow Grove Elementary, Black Mountain Middle School, and Del Norte High School.
