The Verandas are FHA approved and were built between 2004 and 2005. There are 152 units in this complex, and floor plans range from one to three stories, are up to 1759 sf, have two car garages, and have open loft areas, balcony, or yard.

Located in Mission Valley, Kensington Park Villas are a one hundred forty five unit community situated around a large pond. Kensington Park Villas has a community pool and clubhouse.

Presidio Place
