Mission Valley Condos

Mission Valley home sales were strong for 2019 with the median sales price in 2019 $407,000, up 11.5% from 2018’s $365,000. We stared out 2019 with nearly half the inventory we had ending the year in 2018. This calculates to a one month suppply. The proximity to downtown, Fashion Valley, the trolley, and SDSU continues to be attractive for multi family housing buyers. There are three new developments in Fashion Valley at Civita: Elevate by Colrich, Avella by Toll Brothers, and Promontory by New Home Company. east of I-15 Harlow townhomes built by Colrich recently opened.

Origen

Origen was completed in 2013 and 2014 and is composed of modern contemporary townhomes in two different communities - Skyloft and Social Garden. Both have partial FHA approval. Skyloft features two to three bedrooms up to 1760 sf and also have two car garages.  Social Garden also features two to three bedrooms and two car garages, but the floor plan makeup ranges up to 2060 sf.

Frame and Focus

Frame and Focus by Shea Homes is another neighborhood in Civita and was completed between 2014 and 2015. The community has partial FHA approval and features two to three bedrooms, two car garages, and up to 1985 sf. 

Altana

Altana by TRI Pointe Homes are detached condominiums built in 2014 and have four different floor plans. The three bedroom homes range up to 2180 sf and have 2 car garages. Some floor plans have rooftop decks and rooftop kitchens. 

Apex

Apex by CalAtlantic Homes are luxurious detached condominiums that are also energy efficient. There are 58 homes in this neighborhood with private yards. Floor plans range up to 2229 sf with three to five bedrooms. 

Lucent I and Lucent II

Lucent I and Lucent II by Shea Homes have partial FHA approval and were built between 2014 and 2017. Homes range up to 1878 sf with two to three bedrooms. 

Elevate and The Promontory are upcoming neighborhoods currently planned but not under construction. 

Escala

Escala is a newer master planned community in Mission Valley. The gated community features a resort style clubhouse, recreation center, two pools, spa, gym, two tennis courts, playground, and trails. The community is managed by SeaBreeze Management. There are six condominium and townhome complexes in the community - Villas, Terraces, Courtyards, Bridges, Bungalows, and Verandas. 

The Villas

The Villas are detached condominiums and are the only detached condominiums in the master planned community. Built between 2004 and 2005, the three different floor plans feature two to three bedrooms, two car garages, and a private yard and patio. 

The Terraces

The Terraces are three story rowhomes that were built between 2004 and 2005. The homes feature two to three bedrooms, two car garages, and a patio or balcony. 

The Courtyards

The Courtyards feature two to three story plans with two to three bedrooms, private balconies, and backyard. The homes in this community were built in 2004. 

The Bridges in Escala

The Bridges in Escala are FHA approved and were built in 2004. There are 136 units in the community with two to three bedrooms, two car garages, and balcony or patio. Homes are three stories ranging up to 1782 sf. 

The Bungalows

The Bungalows are two story townhomes built between 2003 and 2005. There homes are two to three bedrooms, have a one or two car garage, and a yard, patio, or deck. The homes range up to 1496 sf. 

The Verandas

The Verandas are FHA approved and were built between 2004 and 2005. There are 152 units in this complex, and floor plans range from one to three stories, are up to 1759 sf, have two car garages, and have open loft areas, balcony, or yard. 

Kensington Park Villas

Located in Mission Valley, Kensington Park Villas are a one hundred forty five unit community situated around a large pond. Kensington Park Villas has a community pool and clubhouse.

Presidio Place

Presidio Place is a gated four hundred two unit community in Mission Valley. Presidio Place amenities include interior handball court, four lighted outdoor tennis courts, pool, spa, concierge services, and a basketball court.

Cerro De Alcala

Cerro De Alcala is a 166 unit complex that was built between 1976 and 1978. The homes are one to three stories, two to three bedrooms, have a private balcony, and some have an attached garage. Community amenities include two pools, spa, tennis court, and a dog area. The complex is located next to the Admiral Baker Golf Course.

City Scene

City Scene is about a 300+ unit complex that was built between 1987 and 1989. The homes are two to three bedrooms, some include a loft, are single level, and either have an attached or detached garage. Community amenities include a pool, spa, gym, and barbecue areas.

Clearwater

Clearwater by Watt Companies is a 22 unit townhome complex that was built in 2013 and 2014. Between all three floor plans, the contemporary townhomes are two to three bedrooms. Each home has a separate office or bonus room, a gourmet kitchen, and attached two car garage.

Creekwood

Creekwood is a 252 unit condominium complex built between 1985 and 1986. Homes are two bedrooms, one to two stories, and have a balcony and fireplace. Community amenities include a fitness center, pool, spa, pond, and barbecue areas.

Fashion Hills

Fashion Hills is a 226 unit condominium complex built between 1975 and 1981. The townhomes are two to four bedrooms, have a one to two attached garage, have a patio, and are either two or three stories. The resort style community amenities include a pool, spa, and tennis courts.

Friars Mission

Friars Mission is a 166 unit condominium complex that was completed between 1975 and 1978. Condos are two to three bedrooms, one to two stories, and have an attached garage. The units also have a private balcony and fireplace. Community amenities include two pools, a spa, tennis courts, and a clubhouse.

Friars Village

Friars Village is a 440 unit townhome complex that was completed between 1972 and 1974. The homes are two to three bedrooms with a private balcony and attached garage. Community amenities include an Olympic sized pool, spa, sauna, billiards, game room, sand volleyball, playground, barbecues, and a clubhouse.

Hye Park

Hye Park is a 104 unit townhome complex and was completed between 1984 and 1986. Homes are two to three stories, have two to three bedrooms, and have an attached two car garage. Other features include a fireplace and private balcony. Community amenities include a pool and spa.

Lido

Lido is a gated community composed of 220 units. Completed in 2005 and 2006, the condos are two to three bedrooms, one to two stories, and have a private balcony. Community features include an underground garage, pool, spa, clubhouse, fire pits, and walking paths.

Mission Belwood

Mission Belwood is a 30 unit condo complex that was completed in 1965. Condos are one to two bedrooms, one to two stories, and have enclosed patios. Community features include a pool and greenbelts.

Mission Gate

Mission Gate is a 98 unit condominium complex that was completed between 1996 and 1998. Homes are two to three stories, two to three bedrooms, have a patio area, fireplace, attached garage, and a great front porch entry. The gated community’s amenities include a pool and spa.

Mission Greens

Mission Greens is a 212 unit condominium complex that was completed in 1979. Units are composed of studios and one to three bedrooms, single story, have a private balcony, fireplace, and some have beautiful views of the golf course. Community amenities include a pool, spa, greenbelts, sauna, fitness room, lagoon, and gazebo.

Mission Playmor

Mission Playmor is a 200 unit condominium complex that was completed in 1976 and 1977. The units are two to four bedrooms, are one to two stories, have fenced patios, and have fireplaces in some units. Community amenities include two pools, a spa, tennis courts, and greenbelts.

Mission Plaza

Mission Plaza is a condominium complex that was completed in 1973 and 1981. The condos are one to three bedrooms and single story with a private balcony. Community amenities include three pools, two spas, tennis courts, clubhouse, barbecues, gym, and volleyball courts.

Mission Ridge

Mission Ridge is a condominium complex composed of over 200 units and was completed between 1976 and 1978. Homes are one to three bedrooms, single story, have covered patios, and have carports. Community amenities include a fireplace, barbecues, tennis courts, clubhouse, fitness center, pool, sauna, and spa.

Mission Verde

Mission Verde is a 234 unit condominium complex built between 1978 and 1979, Units are one to three bedrooms, one to two stories, and have a private balcony and storage closets. Community amenities include a community pool, spa, recreation center, tennis courts, and barbecues.

Mission Village

Mission Village is a 251 unit condominium complex that was completed in 1972. The one story units have underground parking and private balconies. Community amenities include a pool, spa, clubhouse, gym, tennis courts, barbecues, and a basketball court.

Mission Walk
