La Jolla Country Club
Fairway is the most prime street within the Country Club neighborhood. Residences do not have direct golf course frontage, however are across the street from Fairway which is a dead end road. The La Jolla Country Club is a private par-72 golf course for players of all levels. The course designed by William Bell opened in 1927 and its hilly Kikuyu grass fairways and small fast greens cover 6,713 yards. Residences are tiered and offer panoramic golf course, and ocean views. Other streets within the Country Club neighborhood include Encelia Drive, Romero Drive, Brodiaea Way, Romero Court, Remley Place, Carrizo Drive, Country Club Drive, La Jolla Knolls Drive, Al Bahr Drive, Kearsarge Road, Crespo Street, Mecca Drive, and Valdes Drive.
The Upper Hermosa neighborhood is located east of La Jolla Boulevard. Upper Hermosa is a quiet tree lined residential neighborhood, tiered up offering ocean views. Upper Hermosa is relatively flat with the La Jolla bike path running though Upper Hermosa, up towards La Jolla Middle School and La Jolla High School. Architecture in Upper Hermosa is primarily Cape Cod, Spanish Mediterranean, California Ranch, and most recently new builds are being developed as Contemporary.
Lower Hermosa is an exclusive neighborhood built in the 1920's with two hundred sixty homes along palm lined streets in Olde La Jolla. Located west of La Jolla Blvd, Lower Hermosa begins at Palmoar Ave south of Windansea Beach, and ends at North Bird Rock. The Street of Dreams, Camino De La Costa, runs along the Pacific ocean with oceanfront estates along the cliffs, and ocean view homes on the east side of the street. Lower Hermosa is one of the only beach close neighborhoods in La Jolla with larger estate sized lots and sidewalk lined wide streets.
Along Soledad Mountain Road, the Soledad South neighborhood is located to the southeastern side of Mount Soledad. Soledad South communities include gated Windemere and Ridgegate, and non gated Mount La Jolla. Homes in Soledad South have hill, back country, San Diego city lights, bay, and ocean views. The southwest side of Mt. Soledad has the Mt. Soledad National Veterans Memorial representing all branches of military service. Nautilus Street connects Mt Soledad with La Jolla Village. Via Capri offers easy freeway access from the Soledad area.
Soledad South in La Jolla is located southeast of Mt. Soledad, and the real estate is east and west of Soledad Mountain Rd. Soledad South neighborhoods include gated communities Windemere and Ridgegate and the non gated area of Mt. La Jolla. Homes in Soledad South have both bay and southwest ocean views.
Mount La Jolla
Mount La Jolla on the southwest side of Soledad Mountain, has two hundred thirty four units. Amenities within Mount La Jolla include four swimming pools, four jacuzzis/spas, four saunas, four tennis courts, clubhouse, and newly remodeled in 2014 fitness center and library.
La Jolla Summit
La Jolla Summit is a wooded community situated at the peak of Mount Soledad. There are one hundred and forty five detached single family homes with ocean, and golf course views. The La Jolla Summit community has two swimming pools, spa, tennis courts, racquetball court, gym & rec room.
Colony Hill consisting of forty one homes located in the Mount Soledad area of La Jolla overlooking La Jolla Shores. Floorplans consist of three, four, and five bedrooms with 1907-3488 estimated square feet. Colony Hill community amenities include a pool.

La Jolla Mesa
La Jolla Mesa is on the southern slope of Mount Soledad. Built in the 1960’s and 1970’s, homes in the La Jolla Mesa have views of the San Diego skyline, Coronado, Mission Bay, and white water surf.
Soledad Corona Estates
Soledad Corona Estates are located off of Soledad Road on a canyon rim with picturesque views of the ocean.
La Jolla Heights
La Jolla Heights homes are located east of La Jolla Shores. The neighborhood runs south of La Jolla Village Drive, west of Gilman Drive, along Torrey Pines Road, and north of La Jolla Parkway. Zoned for La Jolla Elementary School, and conveniently located near the La Jolla YMCA, with quick access to La Jolla Shores, the La Jolla Heights neighborhood is a collection of townhomes and single family residences. Lots on the west side of La Jolla Scenic North have amazing ocean views, and those on the east side have nightlight and mountain views. La Jolla Alta
