The most inexpensive oceanfronts are along Torrey Pines Road and along the Bluffs in Bird Rock.
Residences along Neptune in the Windansea Beach/Beach Barber Tract and Coast Walk in the village are often marketed as oceanfronts, however they are across the street and don't have true frontage.
