This would probably run close to $100-K including the site prep work, this may be offset mostly from the sale of the (excess) trees. There is major drainage (from the new roundabout) currently running thru the center of the property. This part should be “studied and calc’d†by a Civil Engineer for a definitive answer for the method, costs and how it may impact the leach field."
