Rancho Santa Fe Horse Property
Rancho Santa Fe has some of the most beautiful horse properties available anywhere in California perfect for ranching in style. Premiere equestrian facilities throughout the Ranch include the Valenti Equestrian Club, the Fairbanks Ranch Riding Club, and Albert Court, Ltd. a leading show jumping equestrian facility which trains, boards and maintains Olympic caliber horses and riders.
Rancho Santa Fe has the largest percentage of equestrian property in San Diego County. The Rancho Santa Fe horse trail network is forty five miles long. The Rancho Riding Club on eleven acres located on Rambla De Las Flores, south of La Granada, has social events and horse shows. The Rancho Santa Fe covenant’s policy for allowing horses on your property is one horse per acre, with a minimum of a two acre lot for the first horse. The portion of Rancho Santa Fe outside the Covenant reverts to San Diego County horsekeeping guidelines.

Del Mar is home to the world famous Del Mar Race Track. There are now two different sessions the Summer Meet which begins mid July through first week in September, and the Bing Crosby Meet which begins mid November through early December. The Del Mar Horse Park is one of the Southern California’s most coveted show grounds located on sixty five acres. Del Mar Racetrack and the Pacific Ocean. Mary’s Tack and Feed next door has everything for horse and riding enthusiast.
