The Cortez Hill District Downtown San Diego
Cortez Hill is a historic residential and commercial neighborhood located on a hill in downtown San Diego north of East Village and Columbia, east of Little Italy, and south of interstate 5. Aria is a 137 unit condominium building located at 1441 9th Avenue and was built in 2008.
