San Diego  

San Diego county-wide single-family home inventory levels were down 32.5%.  Townhomes and condos were down 22.6%. The single-family home absorption rate is 1.5 months while condos and townhomes are at 1.7 months.  Sold homes were actually up 2.6% for condos and townhomes while down 6.2% for detached homes. Pending sales, an indicator of April’s closings were down 17.7%.
